Appointment Policy
All appointments require a non-refundable 50% deposit.
There is a $25 late fee if you are more than 15 minutes late. Late clients cause other clients with appointments to wait although they arrive on time.
If you are more than 30 minutes late for an appointment without 48 hours prior notice, it will be cancelled.
If you must change your appointment, a 72 hour notice is required for your date to be changed.
Missed appointments require an additional deposit to reschedule.
No Refunds On Hair Service Charges....Loc extensions require a maintenance and wellness check 1 month after install. If corrections need to be made on installations, please alert me within 2 weeks of service. We will always correct an error if one was made. No Refunds on human hair loc extensions.
